Capital Market Funds originates the file into that market. We are not the issuer and not a conduit. The work is structuring a securitizable loan the sponsor can actually live with after closing.
Typical uses
- Higher-proceeds permanent debt on cash-flowing commercial assets
- Non-recourse structures life companies will not write
- Single-asset, single-borrower execution for larger or more specialized loans
Who it fits
Sponsors who need the CMBS box — and who understand prepay, special servicing, and cash management — rather than borrowers who would be better served by a life company or a relationship bank.
How the file is executed
We originate to conduit or SASB credit, place the loan with an active issuer, and stay through rate lock, third parties, and closing. Pricing follows swaps or Treasuries plus the then-current new-issue spread. Indicative market context is on our rates page; a term sheet is a conversation, not a webpage.
