The Fort Huachuca article, opened the same day, describes the post as a U.S. Army installation in Cochise County and lists the U.S. Army Intelligence Center of Excellence among the units. Those facts tell a lender why office, flex, and shop space exist. They do not promise the mission will stay the same.
