Verrado retail and commercial loans

Verrado is a master-planned community in Buckeye. This page is its retail: the marketplace, new shop space, and pad sites. Buckeye’s other buildings, including industrial, stay on the city page.

Sponsors who search “Verrado commercial real estate” or “Verrado retail space for lease” are talking about the village retail, not about a warehouse on Buckeye’s I-10. Verrado Marketplace and the newer shop space are the landmarks. Pads around them are either a leased building or a plan to build one. A plan without a building is not yet a mortgage we can place.

The city page, Buckeye, is the right home for Buckeye industrial, for retail that is not inside Verrado, and for any Buckeye address that is simply “the city.” This URL leads with the community’s retail development so those two stories do not blur. The retail hub is Arizona retail. The index is Markets.

Marketplace, shops, and pads

A leased shop in the marketplace is ordinary retail credit: tenant, term, and sales. A pad that is still dirt is not. If the pad has a building and a lease, or a building in lease-up with a takeout story, bridge or a bank may fit. We will not call raw land a commercial mortgage. Buckeye’s city page says the same thing about vacant land, and it applies here too.

Bring the site plan only as a map of which building exists. The rent roll, or the lease draft if the tenant is signed and the building is the collateral, is the file. Arizona bank financing is the portfolio comparison. Arizona bridge is the lease-up comparison.

What remains a Buckeye city loan

Distribution buildings, far-west industrial, and retail centers outside Verrado’s gates are Buckeye city collateral. Do not label them Verrado to use this page. Do not label a Verrado shop as Loop 303 industrial because the West Valley is large.

A stabilized Verrado shop that is meant to be held is discussed with Arizona permanent loans. No Verrado rate is printed. The office that arranges the file is in Scottsdale, not in the marketplace.

Do you have a Verrado office?
No. The office is 7373 E Doubletree Ranch Rd #255, Scottsdale, AZ 85258. Phone (480) 495-8072.
