Searches for “commercial real estate Anthem AZ” and “office space Anthem AZ” point at a community, not at downtown Phoenix. Anthem’s shops, the outlets area by the freeway, and small medical buildings serve the houses. There is no industrial belt and no high-rise office. A lender who is shown a warehouse and told it is Anthem is being shown the wrong map.

Because Anthem is unincorporated, the county page matters. Maricopa County is the rollup. Phoenix is the nearest big-city page for sponsors who searched the metro, and it is the wrong page when the parcel is outside the city limits. Retail notes are Arizona retail. The index is Markets.

Local shops and clinics

A shop center in Anthem is retail: who is open, how long the lease runs, and whether the customers are the community or freeway traffic at the outlets. Those are different sales stories. A medical suite the practice occupies is owner-user credit, usually a bank or credit union. We arrange that comparison from Scottsdale. We are not the bank in Anthem, because we are not a bank anywhere.

Apartments, if the collateral is a rental community rather than a house, can be discussed as multifamily. Most Anthem requests we expect are the retail and the clinic. A single-family house is not a commercial loan.

How an unincorporated address is packaged

Send the street address, not only the word Anthem. The jurisdiction, the rent roll, and the purpose decide the source. Arizona bank financing is the portfolio path when a bank will hold a small building. Arizona permanent loans are the long-hold path when the leases are in place. No Anthem rate is on this page.

Medical-office mechanics, if the tenant is clinical, are Arizona medical office.
