Laveen Village is one of Phoenix’s planning villages, south and west of South Mountain. Sponsors who search “commercial real estate Laveen” or “Laveen retail development” are usually looking at new centers, including the Laveen Towne Center area, and at housing built to rent rather than at a downtown tower. The streets are still filling in. A lender wants to see which buildings have leases or residents, and which parcels are still dirt.
Dirt without a building is not a product. We do not originate raw land or horizontal development. A finished retail building, an apartment community, or a build-to-rent community with a rent roll can be a loan. The city page is Phoenix. The retail hub is Arizona retail. All markets are listed at Markets.
Towne Center retail and the pads around it
A shop space at a Laveen center is retail credit: who is open, how long the lease runs, and whether the center is still in lease-up. Lease-up is often bridge, with a plan for a permanent loan later. A stabilized, leased center can be a bank, a life company, or CMBS. We arrange that comparison. We are not the permanent lender and not the bridge fund.
A dental office in the village, which shows up in local searches, is a small owner-user file if the practice occupies it. That is Phoenix bank territory, not a mall loan.
Apartments and build-to-rent
Apartments with a conventional rent roll can be agency, life company, or a bank. Build-to-rent communities are rental houses operated as one property. Lenders still want occupancy, expenses, and a clear collateral description. We are not a Fannie Mae DUS lender. A single house an owner lives in is not this page.
Phoenix permanent debt for a property that is already leasing is Phoenix permanent. If the community is still opening, say so on the first call. Do not describe a lease-up as a stabilized asset.

- Southwest Phoenix village
- Laveen is a City of Phoenix village along the South Mountain Freeway, Loop 202. Commercial requests are newer retail and rental housing. It is not a second downtown, and this firm has no Laveen street address. City of Phoenix
