The Shops at Gainey Ranch are retail across the drive: smaller stores, not a regional mall. The Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort and Spa at Gainey Ranch is a hotel with a golf course. Three collateral types sit inside one set of gates. A lender will not blend the hotel’s rooms, the shop leases, and the office roster into one casual description.
