Sponsors search it for office parks, the medical buildings people associate with Palm Valley, and retail at the crossings. A commerce center with smaller bays also shows up in listings. That mix is this page. A million-square-foot distribution building on Loop 303 is not, even when the city is still Goodyear.

Large industrial along Loop 303 and I-10 is Loop 303 industrial or the Goodyear city page, depending on the address. Palm Valley commerce bays can be a light-industrial or flex conversation when that is the building. Send the clear height and the tenant list if you are not sure.
