Banner Health operates Banner Gateway Medical Center in Gilbert, and Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center is on that campus. Physicians, imaging, and other outpatient users build nearby because the patients are already there. A lender underwrites the tenant and the lease, the parking, and whether the shell is a clinic or a retail pad that only hopes for medical traffic. The hospital's own capital project is not this file. There is no Gilbert medical-office overlay on this site yet, so the citywide medical reading is Arizona medical office and the city hub is Gilbert.
A bank hold is compared on Gilbert bank. The construction index is construction financing. Arizona process, including draws and water where it applies, is Arizona construction. Chandler, next door, is a different city and a different construction page even when the tenant is a health system.
Outpatient shells versus neighborhood retail
Send the Gilbert address, the distance you claim to the campus, and the lease or the letter of intent. If Banner is not the tenant, do not write the request as if it were. A life company may want a multi-tenant medical building with term in place after completion, which means the construction lender needs a takeout story. A bank may fund a smaller practice that will occupy the building. A debt fund is the path when the calendar is the constraint.
Multifamily construction in Gilbert, if that is actually the asset, should be named as apartments. HUD 221(d)(4) is available only through a HUD-approved lender, and only when the community fits. We do not claim MAP approval.
Chandler's office cards are not Gilbert proof
