WAY Capital published that it arranged non-recourse development financing for a JdV by Hyatt hotel in Old Town Scottsdale, and described the project as 194 keys. That release is WAY's, dated on their site in August 2025. Capital Market Funds is not the advisor on it, and we will not repeat their dollar as if it were our production. The useful point is structural: boutique-hotel construction in Old Town is a request lenders have actually funded, on a non-recourse development facility in that public description. Your hotel still needs its own flag, budget, and trailing or projected occupancy. It does not inherit their term sheet.
Bank comparison for the city is Scottsdale bank. The parent index is construction financing. Arizona context is Arizona construction. Stabilized Scottsdale property is Scottsdale. A clinical building on Shea is the Cure Corridor, not an Old Town hotel. Standing hotels are Scottsdale hospitality.
A hotel draw is not a medical-office draw
Hotel construction is franchise, keys, and an interest reserve that has to survive the opening months. Medical construction on the Cure Corridor is tenant improvements, parking, and a lease. Send the one you have. A bank that will fund a small owner-user clinic may not fund a 194-key opening. A debt fund may do the reverse. HUD 221(d)(4) is apartments, not a hotel and not a clinic.
We do not publish a Scottsdale construction rate. Non-recourse in someone else's release is not a promise that your facility will be non-recourse.
The Airpark flex loan is not a construction card
The published Airpark flex refinance is a standing building. It is not a hotel draw and not a medical shell. It stays on the Scottsdale page.
Our office is already in Scottsdale, at 7373 E Doubletree Ranch Rd #255. That address is the firm. It is not a job trailer on your site.
