The only Tempe tombstone is a single-tenant dental and medical office, a 2022 cash-out refinance of $745,000. The card does not name a bank, a credit union, or any other capital source. We do not assign one. It is useful only as proof that a small Tempe medical refinance can be a real file, not as a bank closing.
Town Lake is a different Tempe. Marina Heights, at 300 E Rio Salado Parkway, is the State Farm regional hub on the south side of Tempe Town Lake and the first phase of ASU's Novus Innovation Corridor. That is a large office campus on university land. It is not the owner-user medical building a community bank usually holds, and it is not a loan of ours.
