The Peoria Sports Complex is the shared spring-training home of the San Diego Padres and the Seattle Mariners, built as a two-club facility rather than a one-team camp. The hospitality and retail around it is the district the City of Peoria calls P83. A community bank will look at a restaurant, a shop, or a small office there as a Peoria relationship loan. We send that package to more than one portfolio lender. We do not claim the complex, either club, or a district tenant as a client.
Northwest Peoria is a different bank file from P83. Newer retail and small industrial along Lake Pleasant Parkway follow the housing, and the credit is the leases or the operating company in front of us, not the spring-training calendar. No line on the transactions list names Peoria. Surprise and Glendale closings are not reassigned here because none of those cities has a tombstone either.
What Peoria banks actually hold
Owner-occupied buildings and smaller leased retail are the usual portfolio fit, often with recourse. A stabilized apartment community in Peoria is more often Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, or HUD. We are not a Fannie Mae DUS lender, and we will not drop an agency asset onto a bank application to produce a term sheet. The city hub is Peoria.
Credit unions are in the same comparison when membership fits. The statewide page is Arizona bank. How the quotes are shopped is bank execution. SBA 504, if the sponsor occupies a Peoria building and wants the debenture structure, is Peoria SBA 504.
Peoria is not Glendale and not a branch
Loop 303 touches several West Valley cities. A Peoria address stays on this page. A Glendale address belongs on Glendale bank. We do not blend them into one West Valley bank card.
The arranger is in Scottsdale, at 7373 E Doubletree Ranch Rd #255. There is no Peoria deposit branch of Capital Market Funds. Call (480) 495-8072. The form is not an application.
City context on a Peoria bank quote
- Loop 101 and Loop 303
- Peoria stretches from the 101 toward the Loop 303. Newer product on the west side of the city is a different age and lease-up story from older stock closer to Glendale. City of Peoria
