Phoenix bank commercial mortgages

A Phoenix bank loan is portfolio senior debt from a bank or credit union, arranged by Capital Market Funds. We are not the bank.

Phoenix balance-sheet debt is the relationship hold: a local, regional, or national bank, or a credit union, that keeps the loan. Recourse, deposits, and covenants are discussed as terms, not hidden. Capital Market Funds shops more than one institution from Scottsdale. The office is 7373 E Doubletree Ranch Rd #255.

No Arizona tombstone is labeled bank or credit union. A Midwest office acquisition on the transactions list was bank debt, and the market line is Midwest, not Phoenix. The Phoenix industrial loan is life company. Harvard Court does not name a bank. Those cards are not moved here.

Who a Phoenix bank file actually is

Owner-users, smaller commercial buildings, and sponsors who want a lender they can call are the usual fit. Investor-owned property can be a bank loan too, when agency or life company is the wrong box. Recourse is often part of the bank quote. We say that before the sponsor hears it from the commitment letter.

Credit unions are a real path, not a footnote. The dedicated page is credit union commercial mortgages. Owner-occupied detail is Arizona owner-occupied.

When we will not force a Phoenix bank quote

Clean multifamily that belongs at Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac should not be stuffed into a bank application to collect a term sheet. Core industrial that a life company will lock at application is Phoenix life company. Proceeds that need a securitization are Phoenix CMBS.

We do not offer construction as a standalone product, and we do not describe this page as an SBA program. Statewide bank and credit-union context is Arizona bank.

Phoenix bank questions

Are you a Phoenix bank?
No. Capital Market Funds arranges portfolio debt with banks and credit unions. We do not hold the loan on our balance sheet.
Is there a published Phoenix bank closing?
No. The bank-labeled card on the transactions list is a Midwest office acquisition.
Do Phoenix bank loans include recourse?
Often, yes. That is a reason to choose the bank, or a reason to look at life company, agency, or CMBS instead. We will say which one the file supports.
