Falcon Field is a City of Mesa airport in northeast Mesa. Boeing builds the AH-64 Apache at its plant beside that field, and the industrial around the airport includes suppliers that occupy the bay they work in. That owner-user stock is the Mesa file an SBA 504 structure is written for, when the operating company will actually occupy the building. We do not claim Boeing, the city airport, or any supplier as a client.
Phoenix-Mesa Gateway, in southeast Mesa, is a different shed of buildings. A 504 package for a Falcon Field machine shop is not a Gateway distribution building the sponsor leases out. If the sponsor does not occupy the property, this is the wrong program. Conventional portfolio debt for Mesa, without a debenture, is Mesa bank.
The Mesa 504 split, without a rate
The first lien is still a bank or credit union we compare. The second is a CDC debenture. Arizona Capital Source is one CDC that describes Phoenix and Tucson 504 work and can be in the conversation for a Mesa address. We do not select it, and we are not it. Equity above the usual injection applies when the business is new or the building is special-purpose. We will say when the occupancy fails before anyone orders an appraisal.
Statewide occupancy rules live on Arizona SBA 504. The industrial map, Falcon Field versus the US-60, is Mesa industrial. No dollar on this site names Mesa, so this page has no project cost.
What does not belong on a Mesa 504 page
Chandler's two office cards and Tempe's dental cash-out are other cities. None of them says SBA. Moving them here to decorate a Mesa search would be a false closing.
Call Craig Hoebing at (480) 495-8072. The form asks for the Mesa address and whether the company occupies it. It is not an SBA application.
