Tucson's credit unions are not branches of the Phoenix group. Hughes Federal Credit Union says it opened in Tucson in 1952 for Hughes Aircraft employees and their families. The Hughes Aircraft missile plant in Tucson was later sold to Raytheon, now part of RTX. Vantage West traces its start to a credit union on Davis-Monthan Air Force Base. Pima Federal Credit Union traces its start to teachers at Amphitheater High School in 1951. Those are the origin stories the institutions publish. They are not tombstones, and Capital Market Funds is not a member of any of them.
A Tucson commercial quote still has to fit membership and that credit union's box, including the federal aggregate member-business-loan limit. We do not waive either test. Owner-user buildings and smaller investment property are the files we take to them. The life-company apartment loan of $28,000,000 is not a credit-union card and does not move onto this page.
Tucson credit unions are not the Phoenix list
Desert Financial and Arizona Financial are the Phoenix main-office names on the Phoenix page. Using them as a substitute for Hughes, Vantage West, or Pima Federal ignores how Tucson sponsors actually bank. We can still show a Phoenix credit union when the membership and the building support it. We will not pretend the cities are one committee.
The state map is Arizona credit union. Conventional bank quotes are Tucson bank. The city hub is Tucson.
Arranged in Scottsdale, underwritten as Tucson
There is no Tucson branch of this firm. Craig Hoebing holds the file at 7373 E Doubletree Ranch Rd #255, Scottsdale, AZ 85258. The rent roll is still a Tucson rent roll.
Call (480) 495-8072. Naming Hughes or Vantage West on a form does not make them the lender. A quote is theirs only if they issue it.
